• A deposit (which is the original cost of the item), is required to hire an item and which will be returned once the item is brought back or picked up in it’s original condition in which it was hired out. if an item is returned damaged, this deposit will be automatically kept and used to replace the item.
  • The prices for these items do not include delivery and set up. Delivery is charged at £0.50 per mile (round trip).
  • Set up of items including balloon Installations is charged at £25/hour depending on how long the installation takes and are exclusive of cost of equipment ( balloons, flower walls, plinths, cake stands etc..).
  • All prices are for a 24 hour hire period, starting from the time the item is collected or delivered.
  • Return of items shouldn’t exceed 24 hours. If you wish to keep an item for more than 24 hours, a fee of £20 would apply for every extra 24 hours the item is kept.
  • By using props from DeeDee events, you are giving DeeDee events the right to use the event pictures for the promotion of their business.
  • Pictures of the items will be taken before every collection to ensure the item is brought back undamaged.
